Westcoastcloud shortlisted for 2011 Computing Security Awards

Westcoastcloud is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2011 Computing Security Awards.
The company has been nominated in two categories:
- Cloud Security Solution of the Year, for the offsite disaster recovery solution Westcoastcloud DataSure, and
- Messaging Security Solution of the Year, for the fully collaborative mail system Westcoastcloud BusinessMail
Bill Strain, director of Westcoastcloud, said: “This is great recognition for our new cloud brand Westcoastcloud which was only launched by iomart Group earlier this year. Westcoastcloud was created to bring together our cloud offerings and expertise to the channel in one comprehensive portfolio and it’s already paying dividends.”
Last year Netintelligence, the e-safety product which is now part of the Westcoastcloud portfolio, picked up the Computing Security award for Best Security Project of the Year.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on November 3rd. The Computing Security Awards were set up to recognise the solutions and companies that have most impressed those charged with keeping their organisations secure.
